This page explains how to delete your Consulo account and what happens to your data when
you do. Consulo is published as Consulo (package id
com.aissistant.app).
How to request deletion
Send an email to kyelabekyan@gmail.comfrom the email address registered to your Consulo account.
Use the subject line "Delete my Consulo account".
We will verify the request, delete the account, and confirm to you by email —
within 30 days of your request.
We ask that the request comes from your registered email address so nobody else can
delete your medical account on your behalf.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in credentials
Your profile and health profile (conditions, diseases)
Your chat history with the AI assistant and with your doctors
Your appointments and links to your doctors
Your uploaded documents and media
Your device notification tokens
What may be kept, and for how long
We may be required to retain certain medical records for a longer period where healthcare
or accounting law obliges us to. Where that applies, the data is kept only for that legal
purpose, is not otherwise used, and is deleted when the legal retention period ends.
